Sports/Kinesiotaping with Rock Tape is also available and can be applied after a treatment to support you. I can also show you how to continue to tape yourself between treatments if appropriate: Taping - £2 (as an add-on to treatment)

NEW: THE BLEND FASCIA FACIAL™

A wonderful treatment that blends the science of fascial research and a range of innovative fascial techniques adapted to the face. This experience combines deep relaxation with benefits aimed at lifting and smoothing the skin and releasing fascial restrictions which may contribute to the appearance of skin ageing. No products are used, except for a gentle cleanse before we start.

This deeply relaxing, bespoke treatment requires no special products or gadgets - it is simply hands on skin like a usual fascial treatment. Results are visible after just one session and are easily maintained.

Initial Session (105 mins): £75 Follow-Up (90mins): £70

Clients may also book a set of 6 , weekly sessions for intensive results which can then be maintained by a treatment every 8-10 weeks (block booking discount of £25 is applicable for a 6-set. Inquire for further details at mfrnorfolk@gmail.com).

Access

There is plenty of parking in Norwich city centre, the closest multi-storeys are St Andrews or The Forum. There is also pay and display parking on Pottergate itself or cheaper parking a brief, 10-minute walk away at Barn Road car park.

There is a clinic toilet available for clients (accessed via stairs).

There are also steps into the therapy room building, but they are not very steep.

What To Expect In Your Session

In your first session, we will spend around 15-20 minutes filling out your consultation form (if you wish to see this form in advance, you can request that I email it to you)

I will explain how the treatment will unfold; you are always in charge of what does and does not happen in your session; your comfort and ease come first.

MFR is hands-on-skin, so treatment is usually conducted with the client in underwear. If you prefer you may wear loose shorts (please bring these with you if that is your preference). Wherever possible you will be covered with towels.

I will always check in that you are comfortable with where I need to work before we begin and if you are not, there is always another way to work.

MFR is generally a deeply relaxing experience - many people say it is more relaxing that a traditional massage!

After the session, we will check in. Follow up sessions can then be booked in advance if relevant.

Please bring water with you if you need it.

If you have any questions, you can email me at mfrnorfolk@gmail.com or on the details at the borrow of the page.

PLEASE READ MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND GDPR INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE ATTENDING YOUR APPOINTMENT.

By attending your appointments, it is understood that you have done so and agree.
